Update:June 24, 2025: All 5 cameras are up and running. I have some more coding to figure out on two of them before they'll work on the site but three are working (except for the spider that covered one whole lens! :) Now on to lightning upgrades...

Little White Lake - Southwest

Camera Notes:
-The small black box is covering a cell phone tower that looks like a fire a night when night vision mode is on.
-The hill in the foreground is around Nash, Argyle, and Nayki Roads.
-The hill in the background on the left is above Salo & Vella Roads.
-The hills in the background on the right are surrounding the Skimikin Valley between Tappen & Notch Hill.

Little White Lake - Northwest

-This hill is north of little white lake from Hautala Road on the left to Turtle Ridge Disc Golf on the right.

- The black squares are privacy masks to ensure the privacy of local residents

Program Information

Established in 2021, White Lake Webcams is a network of web based cameras that allow residents to monitor the surrounding hills for early signs of wildfires. During the cooler seasons the cameras serve to provide up-to-date views and weather conditions. This program is 100% community funded and operated by volunteers.

Proper bookkeeping practices will be adhered to but donated funds will be held in a personal account. Financial updates will be made available on this site to maintain complete transparency.
